Our journey

Our garage story started six years ago when some brainiacs realised that the world as we know it is headed in a direction — a social movement.

So, what did we do? Well, we got some dev guys to write fancy code, figured out some essential structures and implemented a plan that could help our clients keep track of the social media sphere.

With gazillions of social media posts, tweets and events, it became impossible for a brand to track every mention and, let’s face it, you need to know what is being said about your brand and what platforms are the best to get your audience hooked.

We created amaSocial to help our clients understand how the social realm works and how they can actually have control of tracking their social media presence.

It was up to us to make the interface as easy as possible so that our clients could navigate into the social media sphere and track their:

brand mentions
posts, and
associated influencers.

By creating our very own acquisition system, we made it easy for our consumers to manage their social media stuff. We have sorted their media by allocating any post to a sort bin or a child bin. Sort bins categorise allocated data into key business interests/topics. This allows clients to report on certain keywords or topics separately from their other mentions.

Sort bins can be used as Primary Bins to sort multiple grouping bins (child bins). This is used to link multiple grouping bins to a primary business focus area.

We use Primary Bins and Child Bins to further segregate key topics and refine difficult structures.

So, basically, our job is to collect the relevant information that affects your brand and your reputation because we all know that people say what they want when they want. Luckily, we pick it up and we do the heavy lifting for you.

Our journey is only beginning, and with unique structures, we aim to expand our offering as we continue to design projects and platforms that will help us to teach you more about social media and the power of social media brand tracking.

Let’s talk social.
