What to look for when monitoring your social media

When it comes to monitoring your social media and your brand's presence online, the process should always start right at the beginning — your own profile.
Start by checking the content you have put out on your profile. This can range from your logo, details, captions, links and contact information.
Why? Because this is what other users are seeing and using to develop their initial perception about your brand.
Pay particular attention to if and how people are responding to posts. Notice if the engagement is positive or negative.
Positive engagement encourages more of the same.
Negative feedback means your approach to your profile requires change.
